Sales Support for Specialty Commercial Real Estate

We are searching for a friendly, motivated, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual with great communication skills to provide administrative and communication support to a senior broker in our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the broker in the office to respond to buyer inquiries (both via phone calls and email), update the client database, assist with preparing marketing information, and assist in other sales generation efforts. Our office is small, friendly, and professional. Great experience in sales and commercial real estate with opportunity for career growth in these fields if interesting. 


  • Assist in replying to emails and managing buyer inquiries. 
  • Support sales efforts by preparing standardized offer letters and tracking buyer interest.
  • Complete digital marketing collateral with relevant information on hotel properties through basic online research.
  • Call inquiring clients to gather email and contact information in order to share details, arrange property tours, and other low-pressure conversations coordinating interest in hotel purchases.
  • Assisting the sales team with lead generation and prospecting.


  • Punctual and reliable

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in google sheets/gmail, and other basic task management software.
  • Proficient typist and ability to write with professional etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently with training and close instruction.
  • College degree preferred (but not necessary)
