Harish transitioned from engineering to running a successful hospitality and Real Estate company for nearly 30 years. During his time running the company he developed hotels from the ground up, repositioned hotels between major national brands, and regularly negotiated multi-million dollar real estate and development contracts. Harish sat as a chairman or member of several prominent organizations. Some of these positions include the Board of Directors for IHG Owners Association, Choice Hotel Owners Council, Chairman of the Oregon Lodging Association, Governor of Best Western International and led numerous committees within these organizations. Additionally, he has served in several governmental and tourism posits, chairing positions in a City Planning Commission, a Chamber of Commerce Executive committee, an Architectural Review Committee, and a Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board.
