The Motel is located just off Great Basin Blvd., a major north/south commercial artery and is the first motel visable when entering town traveling north from Las Vegas. The motel is 100 units, designed in four 2-story, exterior corridor buildings and is situated on 2.3 acres (+/-). A Motel 6 franchise is available.
